شروط الاستبدال والإرجاع

2. يخضع المشترون لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 6502 ولائحة العقود عن بعد (الجريدة الرسمية: 27.11.2014/29188) والقوانين الأخرى السارية فيما يتعلق ببيع وتسليم المنتج الذي يشترونه.
3. تكاليف الشحن، والتي هي مرتفعة لشحن المنتج، سوف يتحملها المشترون.
4. يتم تسليم كل منتج تم شراؤه إلى الشخص و/أو المؤسسة على العنوان الذي يحدده المشتري، بشرط ألا يتجاوز ذلك المدة القانونية البالغة 30 يومًا. إذا لم يتم تسليم المنتج خلال هذه الفترة، يجوز للمشترين إنهاء العقد.
