Set in the shade of 2 palm trees, the 2-storey luxury holiday home features modern furniture including a kitchen, living room, reading room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, armchair and chandelier. There's also a swimming pool where kids can role-play fun stories.

Featuring a choice of 3 different house models using the same bricks, this LEGO building set offers kids a world of exciting play possibilities. Kids can build the Modern House and rebuild it into a stylish 3-storey city building with a hot tub and roof terrace, or rebuild it into a forest cabin.

The Modern House and 3-storey town building have rooms accessible from the rear, while the forest hut has an opening roof. LEGO builders can change the outfits of the 2 minifigures that come with the house playset. All 3 models can be built with the LEGO Builder app for a fun digital experience.

3. Die für den Produktversand anfallenden Versandkosten trägt der Käufer.

4. Jedes gekaufte Produkt wird an die Person und/oder Organisation an die vom Käufer angegebene Adresse geliefert, sofern die gesetzliche Frist von 30 Tagen nicht überschritten wird. Wird das Produkt nicht innerhalb dieser Frist geliefert, kann der Käufer vom Vertrag zurücktreten.

5. Das gekaufte Produkt muss vollständig und entsprechend den in der Bestellung angegebenen Spezifikationen sowie mit Dokumenten wie Garantiezertifikat und Benutzerhandbuch, falls vorhanden, geliefert werden.

6. Wenn der Verkauf des gekauften Produkts unmöglich wird, muss der Verkäufer den Käufer innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Kenntnisnahme dieser Situation schriftlich benachrichtigen. Der Gesamtpreis muss dem Käufer innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückerstattet werden.
