How to Play Beleduc Pomela Game?

First, it is decided whether the players will play alone or with several players.
The apple tree is placed in front of the player or players and 10 apples are placed on it.
The basket is placed about 20 cm from the tree, and the hourglass and jam are placed in the middle of the table.
The first player takes 2 fruit pickers.
If the game is played with several people, each player gets a fruit picker.
Each player has half a minute. That is, the hourglass works once for each player.
For younger players the time can be 1 minute, but the hourglass should be started twice in this case.
Those who don't pick fruit check the hourglass.
The game starts when the referee starts the hourglass, and before the sand passes to the other side, the player or players try to collect the apples with the fruit pickers and put them in their baskets without dropping them.
It is forbidden to pick up apples from the air and if the apples fall from the basket they are removed from the game.
However, the referee controls the game by looking at the hourglass and turns the hourglass again if the time is extended to one minute.
When the referee says the sand is completely finished, the players stop and count the number of apples in each basket.
A player or pair of players is given 1 jam for each apple.
Then the apple tree is refilled and the next player or players begin the game.
The game ends after each player and pair of players has finished their turn.
The one who collects the most jam jars wins the game.

4. Jedes gekaufte Produkt wird an die Person und/oder Organisation an die vom Käufer angegebene Adresse geliefert, sofern die gesetzliche Frist von 30 Tagen nicht überschritten wird. Wird das Produkt nicht innerhalb dieser Frist geliefert, kann der Käufer vom Vertrag zurücktreten.

5. Das gekaufte Produkt muss vollständig und entsprechend den in der Bestellung angegebenen Spezifikationen sowie mit Dokumenten wie Garantiezertifikat und Benutzerhandbuch, falls vorhanden, geliefert werden.

6. Wenn der Verkauf des gekauften Produkts unmöglich wird, muss der Verkäufer den Käufer innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Kenntnisnahme dieser Situation schriftlich benachrichtigen. Der Gesamtpreis muss dem Käufer innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückerstattet werden.
