"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"

Orders for products with express delivery options take 2-3 business days. Products with express delivery are offered as an option during checkout. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days using standard shipping. Delivery times can take 1-3 weeks (business days) from the time of purchase until your order ships worldwide, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Exchange & Return Conditions

1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
