Order, Delivery, Returns and Exchanges

All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. During busy periods this time may vary.

The delivery time of your orders varies depending on your location and the warehouse to which the product is sent.

The average delivery time for products sent from our overseas warehouse is 8-12 business days, and for products sent from our warehouse in Türkiye, it is 1-3 business days.

These times may vary depending on stock status and density.

We work with contracted cargo companies to ensure that your orders reach you safely.

Generally, we work with Aras, Sürat and MNG Cargo within Türkiye.

For products sent from our overseas warehouse, we ship with cargo companies such as Yun. Express, UPS, DHL.

The cargo company is specified at the order stage.

Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount. You can check the payment page for current shipping charges.

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days after you receive your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you have received a wrong or defective product, you can exchange it. You can contact our customer service for detailed information about the exchange process.

For the return process, you must contact us and get a return code. After the product reaches us, it is checked and the return process is initiated.
