"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"

Orders for products with express delivery options take 2-3 business days. Products with express delivery are offered as an option during checkout.

Returns

- Our return policy is 14 days . If 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange as our products are specially prepared for you.

- In order to be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be in the condition you received, unused and in its original packaging.

- If your return is approved; your product must be sent back to the address we gave you , in its original packaging. Please do not send the product you purchased back to our manufacturers . We would like to remind you that we do not assume responsibility in such cases.

Order Changes and Cancellation

After purchasing, you have 24 hours to cancel or make any changes. (Discounted products are not subject to cancellation option). Damaged/Missing Items

Refunds

Once we receive your product in the above mentioned conditions and manner, we will process your refund immediately and inform you about it. Transport

To return your product, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund .
