Returns

- Our return policy is 14 days . If 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange as our products are specially prepared for you.

- In order to be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be in the condition you received, unused and in its original packaging.

- If your return is approved; your product must be sent back to the address we gave you , in its original packaging. Please do not send the product you purchased back to our manufacturers . We would like to remind you that we do not assume responsibility in such cases.

Order Changes and Cancellation

After purchasing, you have 24 hours to cancel or make any changes. (Discounted products are not subject to cancellation option). In the other process, your order will be created specifically for you and will be prepared for shipping, so unfortunately we cannot make changes or cancellations after 24 hours.

Damaged/Missing Items

If for some reason your order arrives damaged or missing items, rest assured that we will get you a replacement as soon as possible. To file a Damaged/Lost Item claim, please contact our support team. When sending us an email, make sure to include Damaged/Lost Item Claim in the subject line so we can get back to you as soon as possible!

"My tracking information says it was delivered but I haven't received it yet."
If we can confirm through the courier company that the product was delivered on a specific date, time and location, we do not accept liability for missing products during delivery.

HOWEVER, if the shipping company cannot confirm that the item has been delivered, you must contact us as soon as possible and let us know. We can then make arrangements to reship your order or refund your money.

If your item was delivered to the address the recipient gave us and you accidentally entered the wrong address, we are not responsible for this error. Refunds

Once we receive your product in the above mentioned conditions and manner, we will process your refund immediately and inform you about it. We can only refund the money to the payment method you used for your purchase. Please do not propose otherwise. Once your refund is received, it will appear in your account within 5-10 days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.


Transport

To return your product, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund . If you purchased the product from a free shipping promotion, you will still need to pay the shipping cost for the product.


Discounted Products
