"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"

Orders for products with express delivery options take 2-3 business days. Products with express delivery are offered as an option during checkout.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days using standard shipping. Delivery times can take 1-3 weeks (business days) from the time of purchase until your order ships worldwide, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Since we ship directly from our partners and many of our products are in high demand, it may take 1-3 weeks (business days) for your items to arrive. It is possible that you may receive multiple packages for different items at different times.

Please do not worry if your shipping code does not appear immediately. We provide tracking numbers with every order as soon as possible.

We have consistently achieved our best results so far and have responded to your questions within 1-3 hours on average, but we would like to remind you that we cannot always be perfect. So please allow up to 24 hours (In rare cases, our response time may be longer than what we stated, especially on weekends or holidays)
